My mom and I...I came across this situation myself. My mom and I tested a few years ago at 23andMe. Just recently her first cousin also tested at that site. This was exciting to me because their fathers were identical twins. So genetically they should show up as half sisters. And they did. They actually have 2163 cM in common with 29.1% in common. I submitted this to the new Shared cM Project because it is higher than other previous half siblings (unless someone else submits a higher one!) Her cousin shares 12.3% with me, which is the average range for a first cousin. It's interesting to see all the results with their other cousins as well.
